Promoter - LJ Hooker Franchising Pty Limited (ABN 61 003 890 453) of L29, 85 Castlereagh Street, Sydney NSW 2000

Promotion Period - The period between 9:00am AEST 1st July 2026 to 11.59pm AEDT 30th November 2026.

Definitions - Appraisal: A valid appraisal, being an estimate of a property’s sale or rental price in the current market conducted by an LJ Hooker Franchisee.

LJ Hooker Franchisee: a qualified real estate agent authorised to operate within the LJ Hooker franchise network, as may be located at the website: https://www.ljhooker.com.au/find-an-agent.

Eligible Entrants - Entry is only open to Australian residents who are 18 years and over and own at least one residential property in Australia and who are not:

• Directors, officers, management members or employees (and the immediate family members of directors, officers, management members or employees) of the Promoter or any of its franchisees or associated companies; or

• Otherwise involved in the conduct or management of the Promotion.

No entry fee is charged by the Promoter to enter the Promotion. Where entry is allowed online, there is no additional cost to enter the Promotion other than any cost paid by the entrant to access the website or social media platform of entry via their Internet service provider.

Entry Requirements- To enter the Promotion, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period, book and complete an Appraisal for a residential property they own with an LJ Hooker Franchisee (Qualifying Appraisal Entry).

Each Eligible Entrant who completes a Qualifying Appraisal Entry during the Promotion Period will receive one entry into the Prize Draw.

Entries Permitted - Qualifying Appraisal Entries will be limited to one entry for each residential property owned by an Eligible Entrant. If more than one Appraisal is conducted for the same residential property, only the first Appraisal will be deemed to be a Qualifying Appraisal Entry.

Each entry must be submitted in accordance with the entry requirements outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

Once an entrant has been drawn as a Prize Winner in any Prize Draw, all of that entrant’s remaining Qualifying Appraisal Entries will be removed from all subsequent Prize Draws (and any associated Unclaimed Prize Draws). An entrant may only win one Prize during the Promotion.

Prize - There will be five (5) Prizes drawn during the Promotion as follows:

July Draw - LG A9X-AUTO2 Handstick Tower Vacuum Cleaner valued at $1,399.00 (RRP);

August Draw - LG WWT-1210BX 12/10kg WashTower Stacked Washer Dryer (Black) valued at $3,999.00 (RRP);

September Draw - LG 17Z90U-G.AU88AP 17" Gram PC valued at $4,299.00 (RRP);

October Draw - LG GF-V900MBLC 847L French Door Fridge with InstaView valued at $5,499.00 (RRP); and

Grand Prize Draw - LG 100MGB96BS 100" Micro RGB evo AI Smart TV valued at $17,999.00 (RRP).

Total prize pool value: $33,195.00 (RRP).

Each of the above will be referred to as a 'Prize' and the winner of each Prize will be referred to as a 'Prize Winner'.

Prize Draw - Five random electronic Prize Draws of all eligible Qualifying Appraisal Entries and will take place at L 29, 85 Castlereagh Street, Sydney NSW 2000.

For each Prize Draw, one Qualifying Appraisal Entry will be randomly drawn from all eligible Qualifying Appraisal Entries received in Australia up to and including the relevant entry close date for that draw, and the entrant associated with that Qualifying Appraisal Entry will win the Prize for that month draw.

Once an entrant has been drawn as a Prize Winner in any Prize Draw, all of that entrant’s remaining Qualifying Appraisal Entries will be removed from all subsequent Prize Draws (and any associated Unclaimed Prize Draws). An entrant may only win one (1) Prize during the Promotion.

Each non-winning Qualifying Appraisal Entry will be included in subsequent draws.

Each Prize Draw will be conducted by the Promoter and will be entirely random.

July Draw – Entries close 5:00pm ( AEST) 31 July 2026 with the draw to take place on Monday, 10 August 2026 (1:00pm AEST).

August Draw – Entries close 5:00pm (AEST) 31 August 2026 with the draw to take place on Thursday, 10 September 2026 (1:00pm AEST).

September Draw – Entries close 5:00pm (AEST) 30 September 2026 with the draw to take place on Friday, 9 October 2026 (1:00pm AEDT).

October Draw – Entries close 5:00pm (AEDT) 31 October 2026 with the draw to take place on Tuesday, 10 November 2026 (1:00pm AEDT).

Grand Prize Draw – Entries close 5:00pm (AEDT) 30 November 2026 with the draw to take place on Thursday, 10 December 2026 (1:00pm AEDT)

Unclaimed Prize Draw - If a Prize is not claimed by the winner of the relevant Prize Draw in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, an Unclaimed Prize Draw for that Prize will be held thirty (30) days after the original Prize Draw at the same time and place as the original Prize Draw. All eligible Qualifying Appraisal Entries that were entered into the original Prize Draw (except the Qualifying Appraisal Entry drawn as a Prize Winner in that Prize Draw, and any Qualifying Appraisal Entries belonging to entrants who have already won a Prize in an earlier Prize Draw) will be entered into the Unclaimed Prize Draw and one Qualifying Appraisal Entry will be randomly drawn.

Winner Notification and Claiming the Prize - The Promoter will, within 2 business days of the relevant Prize Draw, notify the winner of that Prize Draw in writing by email via the email address provided as part of the Qualifying Entry. The winner must claim the Prize within 14 days of being notified by confirming their acceptance of the Prize to the Promoter in writing to marketing@ljhooker.com.

Following the winner’s acceptance of the Prize, the winner will be contacted by the LJ Hooker marketing team (or a nominated LJ Hooker representative) to gather the winner’s contact and delivery details to ensure the Prize is sent to the winner’s nominated Australian delivery address.

Once the winner’s delivery details have been confirmed, the LJ Hooker representative will process and order the monthly Prize via the LG Australia website (https://www.lg.com/au/).

The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to place each monthly Prize order promptly following the winner’s acceptance and confirmation of delivery details. In particular, the Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to place the order for the Grand Prize before 25 December 2026, subject to the winner accepting the Prize and providing valid delivery details within the timeframes set out in these Terms and Conditions.

LG Electronics Australia Pty Ltd (LG) will handle the dispatch and logistics of delivering the Prize directly to the Prize Winner’s nominated Australian delivery address. Delivery timeframes are managed solely by LG and are subject to LG’s standard fulfilment processes and stock availability. Delivery may extend beyond 25 December 2026 (including into 2027) where fulfilment falls within or close to the holiday period. The Promoter is not responsible for any delay, loss or damage to the Prize caused by LG or any third-party carrier engaged by LG, except to the extent caused by the Promoter’s own negligence or wilful misconduct or as required by the Non-Excludable Guarantees.

If the winner of a Prize Draw fails to claim the relevant Prize in accordance with the above, the winner will be taken to have forfeited the Prize and the Promoter will then offer the Prize to the winner of the Unclaimed Prize Draw for that Prize.

The Promoter will notify the winner of the Unclaimed Prize Draw in writing by email via the email address provided as part of the Qualifying Entry. The winner of the Unclaimed Prize Draw must claim the Prize within 4 days of being notified by confirming acceptance of the Prize to the Promoter in writing to marketing@ljhooker.com, after which the LJ Hooker representative will contact the winner to gather delivery details and process the order via the LG Australia website (https://www.lg.com/au/ ) for dispatch by LG in accordance with the process set out above.

Publication of Winners- The name (surname and initial of fist name) and postcode and/or State/Territory of residence of the Prize Winner will be published on www.ljhooker.com.au within 2 business days of the Prize Draw and/or Unclaimed Prize Draw.
